I try to do my meal plans before I go shopping, that way I have everything I need for when I prep on Sunday. I just got a new planner and I am absolutely loving it! I got the Skinnytaste Meal Planner.

I always do my meal prep on Sundays, after my WW Workshop. This weekend I am trying to do the least amount of cooking possible because we are having a miserable heat wave. I plan on things I can cook either in the Instant Pot, Air Fryer, or the grill. No need to heat up the house!
I have been on the struggle bus lately trying to find a happy medium with weightloss. I have been stuck in plateau for months. I am shaking things up a bit this week with eating lower carb and on the lower end of my points ratio, while trying to stick to around 1200 calories.
Here is my plan for next week:
Breakfasts during the week will be an Instant Pot Breakfast Casserole with eggs, turkey bacon and soy cheese.
Lunches will alternate between chicken taco salads and throwing in some deli turkey and tuna.
Dinners will be:
Sunday – Italian Chicken Sausages with Marinera and zoodles.
Monday -grilled barimundi, grilled corn and veggies
Tuesday – crab cakes, air fryer potatos and veggies
Wednesday – pork chops, sweet potato fries and veg
Thursday – Tacos
Friday – Steak, camp potatos and corn
Saturday – steamed clams and shrimp
