We are heading to our beach place tonight after work so I am doing my meal plan now so I can just enjoy my weekend.

I won’t be cooking a lot as part of prep Sunday, but I will be prepping veggies and making my usual snack stuff like boiled eggs and pre cut veggies.

Meal plan is UBER basic this week.

Sunday night: grilled chicken and veggies for me…hubby will have crab cakes.

Monday: I have to go to Baltimore for my annual oncologist appointment in the morning, but dinner will be a shrimp stir fry.

Tuesday: Beef fajitas (my hubby says we don’t have beef enough!)

Wednesday: Grilled Pork Chops and veggies.

Thursday: Grilled Salmon salad

Friday: chicken kabobs with summer veggies

Saturday: burgers and salad (fries for the hubby)
