Eggy. Cheesey. Hashbrownie. Yum.
This is an easy layered casserole that makes 6 servings. You can easily make it into 8, but 6 works perfectly in my meal prep world.
Here is what you need.
Plus whatever seasonings you want.
Start by preheating your oven to 400°. Then spray a 9×13 baking pan with nonstick spray.
Add your hashbrowns to the bottom of the pan and give them a good spray with cooking spray too.
I seasoned mine with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder.
Next, lay on the entire package of turkey sausage.
Beat 8 eggs with 1/2 c of unsweetened almond milk and season to taste. Salt, pepper and some Umami seasoning for me.
Then pour them on top.
Now, layer on 6 slices of Go Veggie Cheese and pop it in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
Each serving is 5 Smart Points and 298 calories.
