Since all good intentions completely went out the window over the holiday weekend it’s time to get serious!!

Let’s talk September Goals! September is my Birthday Month!! Huzzah! Best gift to myself? Being healthier than I have ever been!

So, first goal? Get my shit together. What does that mean? I need to get consistent. That is one thing I have NOT been. Consistent. Time for that to change.

2. 10,000 Steps per Day…I do fairly well at this one, but need to keep it up!

3. 64oz of water a day. I had been doing 80oz but was up alllll night going to the bathroom.

4. Starting a new 30 Day Plank Challenge. This one is the WW 30 day plank challenge.

5. 5 workouts per week. I usually do this, but need to keep it up!

6. Self Love! I did the #feelgoodaugust challenge with Ww_louiselane and it felt really good to purposely take time for myself. In addition I am.goingvto realily concentrate on my sleep habits this month!

7. I am going yo have the best 47th birthday I have ever had! 😂
