Is there anything better than a cheesy slice of pizza?
I love making pizza on WW! And this entire pizza is just 9 Smarties. The. Entire. Pizza. Not that I can eat the whole thing, but if I wanted to, I could!
If you haven’t made Two Ingredient Dough, you are missing out. Simple and yummy, and oh so versatile. You can use it to make pizza, bagels, cinnamon rolls…just about anything!
Preheat your oven to 375°.
Start with 1 c of self rising flour.
Then add 1c of nonfat greek yogurt.
The dough will be super sticky. If that is the case, mix in more flour 1 tbsp at a time.
Knead the dough into a ball.
To make pizza, I split this into two even pieces.
Roll out each ball to your desired thickness on a well floured surface and tthen transition to a baking sheet sprayed well with cooking spray.
Bake the dough for 10 minutes, until the edges start to crisp.
While the dough is in the oven, get your toppings together.
I like veggies. My hubby likes pepperoni too. I have chopped some onion, red bell peppers, green onions, and have drained a small can of mushrooms.
When the dough is ready, begin to top the pizza. I start with 1/4c marinera.
I lay on my veggies, and then I top mine wth 1/4c Go Veggie Mozzarella Shreds.
My hubby’s pizza gets 1/4c part skim.
Then I layer 17 turkey pepperoni on his.
Then back in the oven it goes for 5 more minutes!
His pizza is 11 Smart Points because I added the pepperoni.
