It has been two weeks since my last weigh in, and considering we were away last weekend, I am happy with it.
This morning’s meeting was a good one. We talked about carbs, and making better choices, and how WW is a plan that allows everything in moderation. It also allows us to switch out things when we want healthier options.
For example, switching out rice for cauliflower rice, or zoodles for pasta. Hehealthy swaps like this help us stay in our budget. But, at the same time, out points allowance afford us to also enjoy the foods we love.
