I finally hit my 20 pounds goal today!
I lost 0.8 pounds today, which means this is the first month without a gain, and my 2nd best month on WW since restarting at the end of January.
I think I did well with my goals this month, but let’s recap. I maintained 5 days a week of exercise. I got at least 64 ounces of water almost every day (I think I missed 2 days). I am concentrating on my sleep. And now that I have had my meds adjusted, let’s see if we can get this thing moving!!
Today’s WW Workshop was about how we can get in our own way, and as a result we make bad choices. It is super important when that happens to rewind to see where we went off the rails, and make a plan for the future so it doesn’t happen again. We aren’t always going to be perfect, but we can learn from our mistakes.
Goals for October are to hit my 10% Weight Loss, which will be 21.7 pounds, and then hit 25 pounds gone.
