First, this week’s resuls.

I am now down 25.5 pounds, and hit my most recent goal of losing 10% of my body weight. Next goal is 186…which will be a 30 pound loss.

Today’s workshop was about knowing your strengths, and how you can employ those strengths in your weightloss journey. We got a link to so we could identify our top five strengths. Here are my results.

My top five are creativity, humor, judgement, honesty and love. I think I use creativity a lot, in creating new recipes and finding different things to do with food so that I don’t get in a rut.

I use humor to get through hard or awkward situations.

Judgement helps me with meal planning and tracking, to ensure I can stay on path to hit my goals and Blue Dots, and has been super helpful with my #100daysofhonesttracking.

Honest. Hmm. I tend to speak the truth, and perhaps I should do it with myself more. This will be one I need to explore.
