This is how I feel going to my weekly WW Workshop…

This group is the best, most supportive group. This is the longest I have stuck with WW and these people are a big reason why.

Ok…let’s get to my weekly progress…

I am down 1.6 pounds this week, and have lost about half of what I gained in December. Fully attribute it to getting back to meal prep and planning.

Here is how I have done on my monthly goals…

Ok…I did really well this week with water…72oz a day. I tried two new recipes. I worked out 5 days but got in some type of activity all 7. Since 12/29 I have walked 21 miles out of my goal of 120. I definitely hit 4 blog posts last week. And most days I was close to, if not over, my 10,000 steps a day. Go me!

Today’s workshop had a lot of newbies. As expected. It is January. And that’s ok. Hopefully they find our meeting to be the same safe, supportive place I do.

We discussed Smart Points this morning. It was a good reminder that EVERYTHING has Smart Points (even if it is zero) and that they TYPE of Smart Points you chose to eat has a lot to do with how successful you will be on plan, but also a good reminder that NOTHING is off limits of you track and plan.
