Argh. Moving on. I looked back and know what I need to do. But plateaus are so frustrating!

Today’s workshop was interesting! We have been covering the basics…things like what makes up a Smart Point, organizing your space for success, and today….tracking!

I have always been a firm believer in tracking. When you track your food, you get so manh benefits. First, you know what you are eating, and have a better idea of how to spend your point allowances…

You can pretrack for special occasions so you can enjoy, and know how to plan for special occasions…

And, if you are like me, and you have hit a plateau, you can go back, look at what you have been doing, and make tweaks accordingly….you know…science!

If you aren’t tracking, you are just guessing. And if you are guessing, you are half-assing it. You need to whole ass it.

C’mon. If you bite it, then you need to write it.
