If you haven’t tried air frying fruit, you are missing out! The air fryer caramelizes the fruit and enhances the sweetness. It is amazing!
I have air fried pineapples, apples, melon and now pears and we haven’t been disappointed yet.
We are trying to stick to fruit for dessert, and this way we feel like we are having something dessert-ish instead of just a piece of fruit.
To make these, slice your pear in half and remove the seeds and stem.
Spray each half on both sides with I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray. Lightly sweeten with bit of stevia or monk fruit sweetener (to taste…I use 1 pack of Stevia per pear). Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Place pears flesh side down in your air fryer basket. Cook at 350° for 10 minutes. Flip them, and cook at 350° for 10 more minutes!
So yummy! And we use Fat Free Reddi Whip so it has zero points!
